Buffalo Breakfast Tot Scramble

Spice up breakfast by adding our liquid or precooked scrambled eggs, cheese, and buffalo sauce to a mound of tots.

Dietary Needs:


Tator Tots
2 pounds
Shredded Low Fat Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup
Buffalo Sauce
½ cup
Garnish- green onions or chives


  1. Bake tots per manufactures instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Cook scrambled egg until warm and fluffy.
  3. For Assembly, place 10-12 tots inside of serving bowl.
  4. Top with scrambled eggs.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Drizzle with your favorite buffalo sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions or chives.


  • The eggs are pasteurized and fully cooked, so it can also be used as an ingredient in cold prep (i.e. bowls and burritos) and heated just before serving.
