Pickle Egg Salad Pinwheels
Simple and quick, these egg salad pinwheels are a great addition to any lunch menu.
Dietary Needs:
Ingredients
Dill Pickles, chopped
½ cup
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Dijon Mustard
1-2 Tbl.
Pickle Juice
1-2 Tbl.
Fresh Dill
2 tsp.
Tortilla Wraps
As needed
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Fill tortilla wraps and roll tightly.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 or more hours.
- Slice when ready to serve or plate.
