French Toast Monte Cristo Sandwich

Directions

1. Send refrigerated French toast sliced through the stand-up bun toaster to warm.
2. Once through the bun warmer, spread the contents of 1 strawberry jam packet between the two sliced of French toast.
3. Prepare fried egg according to standard prep instructions.
4. Cook bacon according to packaging.
5. Place 2 slices of ham on the flat top griddle to warm. Approximately 30 seconds per side.
6. Place slice of Swiss cheese on top of hot fried egg.
7. Remove ham from griddle and stack on top of bottom slice of French toast.
8. Stack swiss cheese topped egg on top of ham and bacon.
9. Place top slice of French toast onto sandwich, jam side down.
10. Wrap and serve immediately.
