Ingredients
Flour
1 cup
Salt
½ tsp.
Butter
½ cup
Brown Sugar, packed
¾ cup
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp.
Mini Chocolate Chips
¾ cup
Coating chocolate, with sprinkles
As needed
Directions
- Prepare flour by heating two minutes in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Set flour aside to cool.
- Melt butter.
- Mix together flour, butter, sugar, and vanilla until combined.
- Add egg and mix until combines for nice texture.
- Add mini chocolate chips.
- Portion into 1.5 inch balls with lollipop sticks attached.
- Place in refrigerator until firm.
- Prepare coating chocolate per package instructions.
- Decorate with sprinkles if desired.
