Breakfast Cuban Bowl with Soft Yolk Fried Egg

A delicious breakfast bowl filled with black beans, ham, pulled pork and topped with a soft yolk fried egg.


Black Beans
4 oz
Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp.
Sriracha Chili Sauce
Sliced Deli Ham, dried with paper towel
2 oz
Precooked Pulled Pork
2 oz
Dill Pickles, chopped
2 Tbsp.
Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 oz.
Green Onions, sliced


  1. Place heated black beans at base of bowl.
  2. Assemble with warmed ham, pork, pickles and Swiss cheese.
  3. Drizzle with mustard and sriracha sauce.
  4. Add fried egg with yolk constancy cooked to your preference to top of bowl.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions.
