Simply Potatoes® Refrigerated Deluxe Mashed Potatoes made with peeled russet potatoes, 4/6 Lb Bags

Prepared meatballs
4-6
Spicy bourbon BBQ sauce
3 Tbsp.
Bacon, cooked and chopped
2 strips
Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz.
Horseradish cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz.
Chives, diced
garnish

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes with both types of shredded cheese.
  2. Portion into meal kit container.
  3. Toss the prepared meatballs with chopped bacon and spicy bourbon sauce until well coated.
  4. Place meatballs on top of mashed potatoes.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh chives.
