Bacon, cooked and chopped
2 strips
Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz.
Horseradish cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz.
Chives, diced

Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes with both types of shredded cheese.
- Portion into meal kit container.
- Toss the prepared meatballs with chopped bacon and spicy bourbon sauce until well coated.
- Place meatballs on top of mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh chives.
