Simple and quick, these egg salad pinwheels are a great addition to any lunch menu.

Ingredients

Papetti's® Frozen Natural Diced Hard Cooked Eggs, 4/5 Lb Bag
2 cup
Dill Pickles, chopped
½ cup
Mayonnaise
½ cup
Dijon Mustard
1-2 Tbl.
Pickle Juice
1-2 Tbl.
Fresh Dill
2 tsp.
Tortilla Wraps
As needed

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill tortilla wraps and roll tightly.
  4. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 or more hours.
  5. Slice when ready to serve or plate.
