Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Potato Hash

Ingredients

Sliced steak
4 oz.
Green bell pepper, charred and sliced
1 oz.
Yellow onion, charred and sliced
1 oz.
Provolone cheese, shredded
1 oz.
Salt and pepper
to taste

Directions

  1. Heat frying oil to 350-375°F and fry the diced potatoes for approximately 3-5 minutes OR season the potatoes with salt and pepper and until nicely golden brown in a 375°F oven for approximately 20—25 minutes.
  2. Place into meal kit container.
  3. Allow to cool before adding additional ingredients.
  4. Top potatoes with bell peppers, onions, seasoned steak and shredded cheese.
