Roasted Tomato “Pizza” Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

Roasted tomato pizza sauce
½ cup
Shredded Italian cheese blend
1/3 cup
Pepperoni, chopped
¼ cup
Pepperoni, whole for garnishing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Layer macaroni and cheese on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Top with roasted tomato pizza sauce, chopped pepperoni, and Italian cheese blend.
  4. Arrange remaining whole pepperoni on top of cheese.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
