Sweet Potatoes shine in this indulgent pie. Spread sweet potatoes for the sauce and top with marshmallows and a sweet crumble of butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.

- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Prepare the dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the crust with 1 Tbsp. of melted butter and 2 Tbsp. of turbinado sugar.
- Prep Crumble: Combine remaining butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Pre-bake the dough in the oven for 5 minutes, until it begins to firm up but isn’t fully cooked.
- Add sauce spread a thin layer of mashed sweet potatoes over the crust.
- Sprinkle the prepared crumble over the mashed sweet potatoes, followed by toasted pecans.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake until marshmallows are slightly toasted and sugar is lightly caramelized on crust.
- Slice and serve hot.
