- Deep fry potato slices using the following method:
- Drain potatoes for 30 seconds.
- Deep fry 1 lb. per basket at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Drain and lightly season with salt immediately.
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Spread single layer of chips on larger platter or foil lined baking sheet.
- Top evenly with blue cheese crumbles and steak pieces.
- Broil on center rack until cheese is mostly melted.
- Remove from broiler, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
