Ranch House BBQ Pub Chips

Bold, zesty, and irresistibly crunchy, these Ranch House BBQ Pub Chips are sure to please. These fresh chips are easy to make with Simply Potatoes® Sliced Potatoes, no peeling or slicing required!​ ​Serve as a premium sandwich side or appetizer.

Ingredients

Ranch dressing
1½ cups
Cajun seasoning
2 3⁄4 tsp.
Louisiana hot sauce
0.2 oz.
BBQ rub
1⁄3 cup

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine ranch dressing, Cajun seasoning and Louisiana hot sauce. Blend well. Set aside.
  2. Deep fry potato slices using the following method:
  3. Drain potatoes for 30 seconds.
  4. Deep fry 1 lb. per basket at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  5. Immediately toss fried potatoes with BBQ rub.
  6. Serve hot with Cajun ranch dressing for dipping.
