A Mediterranean twist on nachos using hearty Simply Potatoes® Sliced Potatoes and layered with gyro meat, tomatoes, scallions and crumbled feta cheese. A perfect shareable appetizer or a light meal, these Greek nachos provide a satisfyingly crispy crunch and bold flavors in every bite.

Directions
- Deep fry potato slices using the following method:
- Drain potatoes for 30 seconds.
- Deep fry 1 lb. per basket at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- In medium bowl, combine fried potato chips with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange potatoes on plate. Garnish with gyro meat.
- Add tomatoes and feta. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over chips.
- Sprinkle on scallions and serve immediately.
