
Brie, Prosciutto and Peach Charcuterie Chips
Deep fried slices get the sweet heat treatment with prosciutto, peach jam and a hot honey drizzle. Add in fresh Arugula to excite both the eyes and taste buds!

Directions
- Deep fry potato slices using the following method:
- Drain potatoes for 30 seconds.
- Deep fry 1 lb. per basket at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Drain and lightly season with salt immediately.
- Preheat broiler on high.
- Spread single layer of chips on larger platter or foil lined baking sheet.
- Top evenly with brie slices and prosciutto.
- Broil on center rack until cheese is mostly melted.
- Remove from broiler, dollop peach jam around the chips, drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh baby arugula.
- Serve immediately.
