Brie, Prosciutto and Peach ​Charcuterie Chips

Deep fried slices get the sweet heat treatment with prosciutto, peach jam and a hot honey drizzle. Add in fresh Arugula to excite both the eyes and taste buds!

Dietary Needs:

Ingredients

Brie, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces​
4 oz.
Peach jam
4 Tbsp.
Hot honey
4 Tbsp.
Fresh baby arugula​
To garnish, approximately 1 cup

Directions

  1. Deep fry potato slices using the following method:
  2. Drain potatoes for 30 seconds.
  3. Deep fry 1 lb. per basket at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain and lightly season with salt immediately.
  5. Preheat broiler on high.
  6. Spread single layer of chips on larger platter or foil lined baking sheet.
  7. Top evenly with brie slices and prosciutto.
  8. Broil on center rack until cheese is mostly melted.
  9. Remove from broiler, dollop peach jam around the chips, drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh baby arugula.
  10. Serve immediately.
