Michael Foods is serious about helping grow leaders. Interns gain on-the-job experience working and learning with seasoned leaders, but they create a platform from which to launch their career. Many of our interns choose to continue their employment with Michael Foods after their internship ends. Industrial Maintenance Development Program sponsored students focused on robotics, automation or industrial maintenance receive up to $7,500 per year for reimbursement of tuition, fees and books. We also have Summer Work Programs for 16-18 year olds.
