Smokey Bacon Blue Cheese Egg Salad

A rich and flavorful mix of creamy egg salad, crumbled blue cheese, and smoky, crispy bacon. Perfectly seasoned for a bold twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients

Plain Greek yogurt
1 cup
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp.
salt, plus more to taste
1 tsp.
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tsp.
blue cheese crumbles
6 oz
bacon, cooked until crispy and diced
20 slices

Directions

  1. To chop eggs easily, place cooling rack over the top of a bowl.
  2. Press hard cooked through the cooling rack grates to the bowl below.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, blue cheese
  4. Fold dressing mixture gently together with chopped eggs and chopped bacon.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper or blue cheese.
  6. Serve in or on your preferred carrier.
