Chipotle Ranch and Avocado Egg Salad

A bold and creamy combination of egg salad, smooth avocado, smoky chipotle ranch, and a hint of spice. A Southwest-inspired twist that's rich, zesty, and unforgettable!

Ingredients

chipotle chiles from a can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 cup
Mayonnaise
1 cup
Buttermilk
1 cup
Ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp.
Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp.
Dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1 tsp.
Kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp.
Large Avocados, treated with lime juice, diced

Limes, juiced

Directions

  1. To chop eggs easily, place cooling rack over the top of a bowl.
  2. Press hard cooked through the cooling rack grates to the bowl below.
  3. In a food processor or blender, place chipotle chilis, cilantro, mayonnaise, buttermilk, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, and salt to a smooth consistency.
  4. Fold dressing mixture gently together with chopped eggs and lime treated diced avocados.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, garlic, cumin or cilantro.
  6. Serve in or on your preferred carrier.
