Spanish Rice with Crab

Spanish rice with hard cooked eggs, snow crab and red pepper

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, rice, snow crab, red pepper and peas. Mix well.
  2. Microwave or bake in 350º F oven until hot, about 2 minutes.
  3. Place in serving bowl and top with cheese.

  • Serve with warmed corn tortillas
  • Daypart suggestion: lunch through late night
