Smoked Sausage and Ale Mustard Mac & Cheese Hoagie

A unique and upscale take on a smoked sausage.

  1. Follow heating direction on the mac & cheese.
  2. In mixing bowl, mix mac & cheese with ale mustard. Reserve Ale Mustard Mac & Cheese
  3. Caramelize smoked kielbasa on griddle or grill.
  4. On a warm hoagie roll, place the smoked sausage and stuff the Ale Mustard Mac & Cheese evenly on top.
  5. Sprinkle fried onion strings on Ale Mustard Mac & Cheese.
  6. Garnish with chives
