Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper Shakshuka

This rustic north African dish serves up tons of flavor and protein. Combine roasted tomato and red pepper shakshuka with fried eggs, and parmesan cheese for a one-of-a kind breakfast skillet.

1. Heat skillet. Add oil and add roasted tomato and red pepper shakshuka sauce, heat through.
2. Top with heated Papetti’s® Home-Style Fried Egg Patty and cooked Owens® Sausage.
3. Finish with roasted tomatoes and onions.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
5. Serve Immediately.
