Red Hot & Bleu Cheese Deviled Eggs
Spice up classic deviled eggs by adding Dijon mustard and bleu cheese and drizzling zesty buffalo sauce on top.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Set whites aside.
- Mix yolks, Bleu cheese, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together.
- Spoon yolk mixture into reserved egg whites.
- Drizzle Buffalo sauce over deviled eggs.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
