Potato Patty Melt

Crunchy hash browns and creamy cheddar cheese make this a great addition to any menu.

  1. Heat canola oil in nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add hash browns and form into disk. Cook until crispy.
  3. Turn and cook until second side is crispy.
  4. Place the cooked burger on the potatoes. Top with cheese.
  5. Broil 20-30 seconds, or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.

  • Top with white gravy, a favorite sauce or salsa.
  • Substitute any protein of your choice for the patty.
