Mediterranean Egg Sandwich
Savory egg sandwich with hummus, cucumber, red onion and tomatoes
- On 350º F flat top grill, heat egg patty until product reaches 165º F.
- Spread hummus on bread slices.
- Place egg patty on bottom slice.
- Top egg with feta cheese.
- Layer cucumber, onion and tomato slices over egg patty.
- Top with remaining bread slice. Cut sandwich in half and serve.
