Loaded Breakfast Chips

This shareable breakfast combines potatoes, bacon and hollandaise sauce for a delicious dish.

  1. Deep fry sliced potatoes.
  2. In small bowl, place fried potato slices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
  3. Place hot chips on plate. Drizzle hollandaise sauce over chips.
  4. Garnish with bacon pieces and scallions. Serve immediately.
