Light Western Wrap
A western wrap with a home-style egg white omelet, turkey bacon, cheese and diced vegetables.
- On 350º F flattop grill, cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms until tender. Add turkey bacon crumbles.
- Place wrap on plate. Center hot omelet on wrap.
- Top omelet with hot vegetable-bacon mixture.
- Place cheese and salsa on top of omelet.
- Roll up like burrito, cut in half and serve.
- Wrap in butcher wrap and keep warm for a grab-n-go item
- Serve with soup for a combo meal option
