Ironman Omelet

A healthy, protein-packed breakfast omelet featuring turkey bacon, avocado, and reduced fat Provolone cheese topped with tomato mango salsa.

  1. Top each heated omelet with 2 slices of cooked turkey bacon, avocado, and 1 slice of provolone cheese cut in half.
  2. Heat the omelet in an oven or microwave until cheese has melted.
  3. On each omelet, place 2 Tbsp. of tomato mango salsa over the melted cheese.
  4. Fold the omelet to close and serve.

  • Add black beans for extra, lean protein.
  • Green it up more with a handful of fresh spinach.
