A high flavor slider featuring a scrambled egg patty, fresh mozzarella, tomato and a balsamic reduction.
- Cut ciabatta roll in half. Toast.
- Place heated egg patty on bottom of ciabatta roll.
- Top heated egg with cheese and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with basil.
- Finish with drizzle of balsamic reduction.
- Add ciabatta roll top and serve.
