JUST Eggs Plant-Based Solutions

JUST Eggs are a plant-based egg alternative created by the food technology company – JUST – who is dedicated to creating a healthy and sustainable food system for all. In partnership with Michael Foods, JUST Eggs will now be manufactured in the United States and available to foodservice operators everywhere.

What is JUST Egg made of?

JUST Egg is primarily made from mung beans, a legume that’s been in the food system for over 4,000 years and is consumed all over the world. It is 100% plant-based, yet still scrambles and tastes just like an egg.

Plant-Based Eggs on the Menu

JUST Egg is currently available in a frozen liquid product that’s perfect for scrambles and omelets as well as a fully cooked folded patty tailormade for breakfast sandwiches. Both products are cholesterol free, contain 5g of protein per serving, have no artificial flavors, and of course, are completely made from plants.
