Whole Grain Spicy Thai Noodle

- Heat oil and sauté onions for 1 minute, add garlic, red chilis and dry chilis.
- Add 4 oz oil and chicken and cook through, add rice wine, snow peas, red peppers and grape tomatoes.
- Add oyster sauce, soy and brown sugar and add pasta and cook through Garnish with scallions and basil.
