- Cook burger and egg patty on 350º F flattop grill.
- Top burger and egg patty each with 1 slice of cheese.
- Meanwhile, grill red onion slice until it begins to soften.
- Place remaining cheese slice on bottom half of bun.
- Top with hamburger patty, egg patty, onion slice and bacon. Add bun top and serve.
