Spanish Rice with Crab
Spanish rice with hard cooked eggs, snow crab and red pepper
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, rice, snow crab, red pepper and peas. Mix well.
- Microwave or bake in 350º F oven until hot, about 2 minutes.
- Place in serving bowl and top with cheese.
- Serve with warmed corn tortillas
- Daypart suggestion: lunch through late night
