Red, White & Blue Mashed Potatoes

This festive side dish is accompanied with zesty blue cheese and crisp bacon crumbles.

  1. Heat mashed potatoes.
  2. Set aside a small amount of blue cheese and bacon bits for garnish.
  3. Stir remaining blue cheese into potatoes.
  4. Add remaining bacon bits to potatoes.
  5. Thoroughly mix together.
  6. Garnish with reserved blue cheese and bacon bits.
