Pizzetta with Smoked Salmon and Eggs

A savory breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, capers and scrambled eggs.

  1. Brush both sides of pizza crust with olive oil. Grill 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Spread half of crème fraîche over crust.
  3. Place heated eggs on crust.
  4. Top with folded slices of salmon.
  5. Spread remaining crème fraîche over salmon.
  6. Sprinkle with capers and chives.
