Pizzetta with Smoked Salmon and Eggs
A savory breakfast pizza with scrambled eggs, capers and scrambled eggs.
- Brush both sides of pizza crust with olive oil. Grill 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread half of crème fraîche over crust.
- Place heated eggs on crust.
- Top with folded slices of salmon.
- Spread remaining crème fraîche over salmon.
