Omelet Gyro

Plain omelet filled with gyro meat, tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce.

  1. Place open-faced omelet on 350º F flattop grill. Warm both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, place gyro meat on grill to heat.
  3. Remove omelet from grill and place on plate. Pile gyro meat, tomato and onion on omelet.
  4. Fold and top with tzatziki sauce and serve.
