Plain omelet filled with gyro meat, tomato, red onion and tzatziki sauce.
- Place open-faced omelet on 350º F flattop grill. Warm both sides.
- Meanwhile, place gyro meat on grill to heat.
- Remove omelet from grill and place on plate. Pile gyro meat, tomato and onion on omelet.
- Fold and top with tzatziki sauce and serve.
