- In a sauté pan met butter and stir in Miso paste and roasted garlic.
- Combine MFI Simply Potatoes Red Skin Mashed Potatoes with Miso cream and ½ of the scallions.
- Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with remaining scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
