Miso Mashed Potatoes

These red skin mashed potatoes layered with miso paste, roasted garlic and sliced scallions. These savory potatoes are garnished with more scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

  1. Heat MFI Simply Potatoes Red Skin Mashed Potatoes
  2. In a saut√© pan met butter and stir in Miso paste and roasted garlic. 
  3. Combine MFI Simply Potatoes Red Skin Mashed Potatoes with Miso cream and ½ of the scallions.
  4. Transfer to serving dish.  Garnish with remaining scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
