Loaded Diced Potatoes

Mix it up with a different variation on Nachos. Combine diced potatoes with nacho cheese, pancetta, giardiniera, and sour cream for a south of the border treat.

  1. Deep-fry diced potatoes until golden brown.
  2. Pile potatoes in center of a plate. Top with hot nacho cheese sauce, fried pancetta, hot giardiniera and scallions. 
  3. Drizzle sour cream over the top and serve. 

  • Serve with a sauce trio: ranch, salsa and mustard TIPS
  • Daypart suggestion: appetizer through late night
