Light Western Wrap

A western wrap with a home-style egg white omelet, turkey bacon, cheese and diced vegetables.

  1. On 350º F flattop grill, cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms until tender. Add turkey bacon crumbles.
  2. Place wrap on plate. Center hot omelet on wrap.
  3. Top omelet with hot vegetable-bacon mixture.
  4. Place cheese and salsa on top of omelet.
  5. Roll up like burrito, cut in half and serve.

  • Wrap in butcher wrap and keep warm for a grab-n-go item
  • Serve with soup for a combo meal option
  • Daypart suggestion: Breakfast through lunch
