Greek Nachos

Add a Greek flair to a popular appetizer. Combine sliced potatoes, gyro meat, and tzatziki sauce for a Mediterranean treat that's sure to please.

  1. Deep fry potato slices.
  2. In medium bowl, combine fried potato chips with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange potatoes on plate. Garnish with gyro meat.
  4. Add tomatoes and feta. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over chips.
  5. Sprinkle on scallions and serve immediately.
