Frittata on Ciabatta

An upscale breakfast sandwich featuring a ham and veggie frittata, gouda cheese and arugula on ciabatta bread.

  1. Brush outside of each ciabatta slice with olive oil.
  2. Add cheese to bottom slice.
  3. Place heated frittata on cheese.
  4. Pile arugula on top frittata.
  5. Add top ciabatta slice.
  6. Heat panini press. Coat with cooking spray.
  7. Place sandwich in panini press. Cook for 2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • Serve with kettle chips and pickle spear
  • Daypart suggestion: lunch through dinner
