Egg, Hash Brown and Sausage Breakfast Skillet
Egg, sausage and hash browns come together with every day vegetables for an easy patron favorite.
1. Heat skillet. Add oil and add Simply Potatoes® Hash Browns and continue to cook until crisp.
2. Add peppers, and onions and sauté for 1 minute and then add Brussels sprouts and cooked Owens® Sauasage and cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Finish with Papetti’s® Home-Style Fried Egg, diced tomatoes and garnish with feta cheese.
4. Serve Immediately.
