Egg and Caprese Stacker

A high flavor slider featuring a scrambled egg patty, fresh mozzarella, tomato and a balsamic reduction.

  1. Cut ciabatta roll in half. Toast.
  2. Place heated egg patty on bottom of ciabatta roll.
  3. Top heated egg with cheese and tomato.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with basil.
  6. Finish with drizzle of balsamic reduction.
  7. Add ciabatta roll top and serve.
