Brown Butter Mash Potatoes
These classic traditional mashed potatoes receive a sophisticated burst. Toasty and nutty brown butter is whipped in with more cream. These aren’t your average mash potatoes.
- Heat MFI Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes.
- Stir in Gouda and heavy cream.
- In a small sauté pan, melt butter until browned, careful not to burn.
- Stir in 4 Tbsp. of browned butter, reserving 2 Tbsp.
- Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with remaining 2 Tbsp. browned butter and chives.
