BBQ Rub Deviled Eggs
Classic deviled eggs with a twist of hot sauce, bacon and BBQ rub.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in medium bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, BBQ rub, onion, Dijon mustard and hot sauce to yolks. Stir or purée.
- Fold pickles into egg mixture.
- Pipe egg mixture into whites.
- Garnish eggs with BBQ rub, bacon lardons and paprika
- Garnish with minced red onion or minced dill pickles
- Daypart suggestion: appetizer or small plate
