BBQ Rub Deviled Eggs

Classic deviled eggs with a twist of hot sauce, bacon and BBQ rub.

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place yolks in medium bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, BBQ rub, onion, Dijon mustard and hot sauce to yolks. Stir or purée.
  3. Fold pickles into egg mixture.
  4. Pipe egg mixture into whites.
  5. Garnish eggs with BBQ rub, bacon lardons and paprika

  • Garnish with minced red onion or minced dill pickles
  • Daypart suggestion: appetizer or small plate
